Really appreciate the flair of Mr Narendra Kumar, an adept certified career counsellor, whom I found putting his heart, mind and soul during the productive conversions in sessions. His analysis as a follow-up of results of the psychometric test he took for my daughter Afsheen Raima (a student of Class 10) evidently was useful. Mr Kumar emphasised that even in today’s competitive era with lots of professional options available, how the decision to choose the right career path remains essential and assumes significance in the life of a student based on one’s ability, aspirations and interest in the face of emerging opportunities. His session was interactive to fire students with enthusiasm. It seems that only after the viable decision on career is made, the role of ‘Motivation’ comes when students can be inspired to endeavour believing in themselves, take every chance to learn new things to get better and succeed.
